Every day on earth 100,000 people die from diseases caused by aging. In Russia there is an unfavorable demographic situation, which is determined not only by low fertility rates, but also the excess premature mortality of the population. Scientists believe that those deaths are caused by lifestyle, behavioral risk factors of 50-70% can be prevented. It is therefore very important time to identify risk factors for chronic non-communicable diseases, to conduct their correction, as well as to prevent the progression of existing disease and complications. To increase the life expectancy main areas of modern medicine should be personalized and disease prevention. This article describes the experience of the "School Health" for the rehabilitation of senior citizens in a comprehensive social service center.
