The aging of the population is a major medical, social and economic problem. In old age, the main causes of death are cardiovascular and oncological pathologies. Elderly and senile patients with malignant neoplasms are represented sparingly in large clinical trials. Today, the problem of choosing the optimal treatment strategy, effective and tolerable by the patient, remains urgent.
