POTENTIAL WAYS OF PHARMACOLOGICAL CORRECTION OF NEUROENDOCRINE STATUS IN THE COMBINATION OF CHRONIC VENOUS INSUFFICIENCY AND TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS IN THE ELDERLY
In the elderly, polypragmasia is much more common, which requires pharmacological correction, especially in conditions of multimorbidity. The article deals with the issue of pharmacotherapy in the combination of chronic venous insufficiency and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly. A comprehensive study of the neuroendocrine status of elderly people using a pharmacological preparation of micronized purified flavonoid fraction (MOFF) in the restorative treatment and rehabilitation was carried out) DIOSMIN + HESPERIDIN. It was found that pharmacotherapy for 30 days with MOFF DIOSMIN + HESPERIDIN is highly effective, pleiotropic effects have been proven, which can be used in practice to reduce the pharmacological load on the body of an elderly patient, to increase the effectiveness of anti-inflammatory and hypoglycemic therapy.
