To predict adverse events of perioperarive period, it is necessary to search for informative and accessible methods of a comprehensive assessment of the functioning of the patient's body. It is also quite important to develop diagnostic algorithms for this category of patients. Cardiopulmonary stress testing is one of the methods, which can be used for these purposes. Further study of changes in body functioning of aged cancer patients will allow to use a more personalized approach, reduce the risk of perioperative complications, and improve the prognosis and quality of life.
