The article presents current information about anti-aging medicine and seasonal anti-aging programs that are aimed at preventing the development and progression of chronic diseases and age-associated conditions, effective formation of active longevity, aesthetic satisfaction of the patient with their appearance and improving the quality of life. The widespread introduction of the described seasonal anti-aging programs in clinical practice will improve the quality of both cosmetic care and better prepare the patient for plastic surgery measures.
