The comparative intergroup analysis of indicators of the integrated the Cumulative Illness Rating Scale for Geriatrics (CIRSG) and Geriatric Oral Health Index (GOHAI) – at patients of advanced, senile age, long-livers and also patients at children's age endured the Siege of Leningrad is carried out.
It is shown that application of index assessment of comorbid pathology with use of an indicator CIRSG simplifies screening assessment of the combined polymorbid somatic pathology, considerably facilitating the solution of this task for the practicing dentist.
It is established that the general geriatric questionnaire GOHAI is one of the key tools allowing to add significantly expert assessment of quality of the carried-out dental treatment, first of all – orthopedic.
