A decent quality of life elderly person is a challenge that will bring to life even for many years. It is therefore important studies on the role of health services in the formation of the quality of life. The aim of our research - to identify the major medical problems, leading to a decrease in the quality of life in elderly patients with major therapeutic pathology. As a result of our study, it was found that with increasing age there is a lot of changes in the activity of all body systems that affect the quality of human life. Reduced efficiency of the body, the mind changes, an increasing number of chronic diseases, and a person has to adapt to life in a new environment. This process is worldwide referred to as the aging process of growing biological organism that does not always coincide with the calendar. It should be emphasized that these problems associated with decreased quality of life, and are associated with a change in the biological age of the side of his dominance over the passport, which worsens the prognosis of the disease. Careful study of the components of quality of life and to determine the biological age will identify the most problematic moments in patient care elderly elderly and make it targeted, focused and more effective.
