Due to the population aging, increase of morbidity rate and drug consumption, the problem of serving of older-aged pharmacy clients is rather actual one. The review shows that there are particularities of the pharmaceutical consulting linked with the age-related alterations of drug action on the human body of the old-aged people. Old-aged clients are more susceptible to the pharmacy merchandising techniques. Communication specificity with them is related to the individual peculiarities of adjusting to old age, age-related mind changes, the deterioration of concentration, memory, vision and hearing. The significance of the possibility for the elderly more pharmacy services (e.g., pressure, blood glucose level). Old-aged people are the most loyal category of pharmacy clients provided high quality of service.
