The article describes the main directions of practical application of fungotherapy in medicine and healthcare. The increase in interest in new methods is due to the inclusion of age-related and traditional medicine categories in the new revision of the International Classification of Diseases. The place of fungotherapy and Reishi mushroom in preventive medicine focused on the formation of resilience in people of different ages, including with the help of complementary resilience drugs, is presented. Recommendations for the use of Reishi mushroom in complex prevention and rehabilitation are given.
