The range of measures taken to stop such conditions is reduced to the implementation of a minimum list of measures, which are often insufficient at the very moment when their effectiveness is highest, which leads to an increase in the number of complications, an increase in the duration of stay on a ventilator, is associated with a 3-fold increase in disability and the frequency of deaths, a significant decrease in the quality of life, severe medical and social consequences after discharge from the hospital.
