This article discusses the tactics of management of patients with surgical profile, depending on the degree of manifestation of bone and mineral disorders, osteoporosis and the severity of its complications, which allows you to take timely preventive measures to prevent the development of osteoporosis in the elderly and senile age. At the same time, the emphasis is placed on the fact that surgical treatment of complications of the disease should always be combined with the therapy of osteoporosis itself.
