Currently, the literature data indicate that the problem of diagnosis, clinic and treatment of dyscirculatory encephalopathy is relevant. To this end, we are actively studying new effective safe drugs for the treatment of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy. In recent years, combined drugs have been used for treatment, which make up the optimal combination of components that affect the metabolism of neurons. One of the new directions of metabolic therapy is the use of neurospecific peptides. The aim of this study is to study the effect of cytamines in the complex therapy of dyscirculatory encephalopathy. It was shown that complex peptidotherapy of dyscirculatory encephalopathy causes positive dynamics of cerebral blood flow and has a pronounced therapeutic effect.
