Currently, the feasibility of including peptide drugs in the complex treatment of patients with dyscirculatory encephalopathy of various origins in order to reduce the frequency of exacerbations of the disease is actively discussed. The study examined the effect of cytamines on the dynamics of visual disturbances in dyscirculatory encephalopathy. In the course of the study, it was shown that peptidotherapy of patients with visual disorders caused by dyscirculatory encephalopathy is pathogenetically justified, leads to the elimination of photopsias and diplopia, increased visual acuity, a decrease in the number of paracentral and central scots, and an improvement in the condition of the retina and optic nerve.
