As a field of scientific and practical activity, anti-aging medicine has become a kind of industry with its own technology, methodology, methodological techniques, a wide range of tools and services. The paper analyzes the market segment of modern services in the field of anti-aging medicine. It is shown that consumers of this type of medical services can and should serve as an object of implementation of gerontological preventive programs with a shift of personalized preventive measures to earlier age groups of the population. This will increase the total coverage of the population with various types of preventive care, will contribute to improving the functional parameters and parameters of the quality of life of the population.
