The combination of several chronic diseases in the elderly is a problem of geriatric practice. In order to develop ways to correct the combined pathology, it is advisable to study the state of the neuroimmunoendocrine system in various diseases. The study of molecular pathological mechanisms in the combination of chronic venous insufficiency and type 2 diabetes mellitus in the elderly is carried out. The study confirmed the need to take into account the probable polymorbidity of pathology in the development of rehabilitation programs for elderly patients, in the practical prediction and evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment. The greatest effect in this case can be achieved by using several indicators of markers of immune inflammation
Keywords molecular analysis, polymorbidity, elderly people
