Summary:
In this article, the violations of neuroimmunoendocrine imbalance that occurs during surgical stress were revealed in patients of older age groups with senile asthenia syndrome, in particular, the level of the line of interleukins, tumor necrosis factor alpha and C-reactive protein was evaluated. For reliability was also evaluated the adaptation ability of the organism under operating stress by the ratio of interleukin -1 , which is provocatory, Il-2, which is the modulating function.
