The new trend in prevention is the protection of resilience. There are four variants of prevention programs such as resistance-gym, resistance-diet, resistance-psychology and resistance-drugs. This article summarizes various approaches, including the author's, to relisience-gym. Relisiens-gym consists of five components: 1) providing aerobic activity, 2) providing anaerobic activity, 3) exercises to stabilize the balance function, 4) exercises to protect cognitive functions, 5) additional practices (breathing exercises, face building, etc.). The application of this approach provides resilience due to the protective effect on the hormonal profile, hypothalamic-pituitary-effector axes, stimulation of immunity, stimulation of the production of endorphins and other antidepressant signaling molecules, reduction of the level of chronic cortisol-mediated stress, as well as increasing the effectiveness of intermolecular signaling, reducing the level of pro-inflammatory hypercytokinemia and oxidative stress. They are effective mechanisms for prevention of diseases of the cardiovascular system (coronary heart disease, stroke and hypertension), metabolic diseases (diabetes mellitus and obesity), pathology of the musculoskeletal system (osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and sarcopenia), oncological diseases (breast cancer in women and colon cancer in men and women), prevention of falls, prevention of depression and cognitive impairment.
