The article presents a model of multimodal keratoprotection, which consists in the instillation of a peptide bioregulator Visulingval (10 ml bottle with a dropper) and the use of a non-peptide bioregulator "NIKA Memoton" 2 capsules in the morning for 1 month. All studied patients underwent surgical removal of the opacified lens by ultrasonic phacoemulsification, followed by implantation of an intraocular lens, using microsurgical tools of the company "Alcon", phacoemulsifier infinity, Alcon (USA). In the article it is proved that multimodal keratoprotection in the form of the model: instillation of peptide bioregulator Visalingval (bottle 10 ml with dropper) and use of non-peptide bioregulator "NIKA Memoton" to 2 capsule in the morning for 1 month after treatment age-related cataract ultrasonic phacoemulsification manifesting pronounced keratoprotection`s properties, the implementation of which contributes to the reduction of postoperative loss of corneal endothelial cells, a significant reduction in the risk of postoperative keratoprotection, more rapid restoration of high acuity central vision.
