Summary:
An age analysis of the biological and psychosocial needs of people middle, elderly and senior age when taking care of them at home. For identification of the biological and psychosocial needs of the patients being examined. A special questionnaire was developed, which included such blocks as biological and medical problems of the patient, psychological and social problems The result was data on age differences in the plan of biological and psychosocial needs of people middle, elderly and senior age, needing care at home. People of different ages who need care at home, there are significant differences in biological and psychosocial. In this case of geriatric contingent, the main ones are need to reduce pain, reduce thirst, reduce the severity of respiratory disorders, eliminate the lack of communication, increase the role of families in care; increase the level of trust in personnel, care provider, while for middle-aged people the most important improved nutrition and increased autonomy in household manipulations against the backdrop of joint damage, pain syndrome and other biological causes.
