Summary:
The article revealed an age-specific level of activation vanillin and purinergic receptor urothelia bladder in men with physiological aging. The regularities of activation vanillin and purinergic receptor urothelia bladder in men of elderly and senile age with hyperfunction of urothelia, systemic atherosclerosis, and their combination. It is proved that the level of activity vanilloid and purinergic receptor urothelia in the normal process remains stable. As part of this article described that in pathological aging of the urogenital tract, characterized by hyperfunction of urothelia on the background of systemic atherosclerosis, there was a significant increase in the activity of purinergic receptors vanilloidurothelia to 146,5% in the elderly and to 169.9% in old age. We received evidence that all age groups experienced significant increase in the activity parenthises receptors with increasing severity of disease, peaking in people aged with a combination of GUMP and atherosclerosis.
Keywords elderly and senile age, biological markers, urothelium, overactive bladder geriatrics, aging.
