The article presents a new development paradigm of a society that needs to develop innovative health prevention and wellness and recovery technologies, the main direction of which will not only increase the potential health, slowing the aging process, receive quality and comprehensive medical care for the prevention of premature aging and development of age-associated diseases, but also to achieve the desired quality of life and aesthetic component in the form of matching the appearance of the individual in his social, occupational and psychological status. The questions of development and implementation of preventive gerontology technology has from the point of view of the health and beauty of man. We studied the overall goals and objectives of cosmetology and preventive gerontology as a branch of medical science and practice. It is established that the purpose of preventive gerontology is the personalized prevention of age-related pathologies of health and the aging process, requiring first of all a thorough diagnosis of the risk factors for the development of such situations. Thus, the objectives of cosmetic and preventive gerontology complement each other.
