One of the important indicators of the effectiveness of treatment and prevention in elderly patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system is the quality of life (QOL). The purpose of this study to examine the quality of life in elderly patients with cardiovascular disease before and after the application of therapeutic learning using SF-36 questionnaire. The analysis of quality of a life of elderly patients in the Belgorod city clinical hospital №1 before application of therapeutic training is carried out. In total 93 elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases (31 - control and 62 - the basic groups) have been surveyed. Indicators of quality of a life in the basic group have been lowered to therapeutic training and treatment (the general health 26,9±2,3), after treatment in 3 months have improved (the general health 30,8±2,4). Thus, at pathology of cardiovascular system in advanced age after carrying out of therapeutic training higher indicators of quality of a life in the basic group in comparison with patients of control group are marked (celebrated).
