The paper based on the results of the focus group which includes a medical and social workers Belgorod region, the ageism’s problems of the elderly people in the spheres of medical and social workers of the. It is proved that the display of ageism is more typical for the medical sphere; practice of ageism has moral, organizational and socio-economic aspects, in the sphere of social protect the greatest risks of ageism are associated with high psychological stress on social workers, which is conditioned with the complexity of communication with the elderly people.
